The Amphitheater in Trier, Germany
These are pics of the Roman amphitheatre in Trier. It was constructed in the 1st century AD and saw many of the scenes of gladiatorial combat and animal fights that were so popular with the Romans. Up to 20,000 people could sit in this arena.

The imperial baths in Trier Germany
The largest Roman baths outside of the city of Rome itself were built after Trier had been elevated to Imperial residence (293 A.D.)
